Data Analysis Platform

Cross-border E-commerce Data Analysis

This project is a web-based analysis platform, aim to business education. Our customers hope to implement teaching through real e-commerce platform data to help students gain practical analysis experience.

• Responsible for overall project design, including front-end and back-end function design, development environment deployment, and participation in development.

• Collaborate with colleagues to build python-based ETL system, regularly collect public data from e-commerce platforms, and combined third-party platforms to predict sales data etc.

• Using Spring Boot and Vue2, develop a visual data display platform to provide customers with more intuitive teaching materials. See more

Voice Interaction Project

Cocobot

This project is part of an on-going study to develop Caring for Caregivers Online (COCO), a system that provides selfcare support to caregivers. My team and I implemented one voice assistant via Alexa as an exploration of integrating voice interfaces into the COCO platform, to provide on-demand, empathetic, and tailored caregiving support.Related paper “Integrating a Voice User Interface into a Virtual Therapy Platform” has been accepted to the CHI 2021Late-Breaking Work track. Mobile App Project

QuickFind

This is a project we working in HW/SW Lab 2 at GIX. An android app based on React Native Platform, which will help people to quickly collect their shopping items in a grocery store.

• Developed an Android app using React Native to quickly locate items and show shortest routes.

• Integrated Google Firebase ML Kit's text recognition API to detect aisle numbers for indoor localization. See more

Resume Classification

Accelerates the interview processes for selecting candidates for film/TV show audition. • Implemented crawler scripts to collect data from Wikipedia for training AI models. • Deployed via NLP, Multilabel and LDA approaches to classify actors. • Developed website using Flask-Bootstrap for browsing actors’ data and responding to model inferences. • Used AWS EC2 to host the Website.
